Hope you had a great 4th! Recently had an engagement session where we tried to get a 'middle of the street' shot. It proved to be more difficult than we thought. Didn't want to interrupt the steady traffic so we remained on the sidewalk. Legally, if we caused traffic to stop, we could get charged with jaywalking. It's also illegal to shoot on or near railroad tracks, so be careful. The sidewalk stroll worked out great with a lot less danger.
